Go to the “Cards” section within xPortal and choose to add a new card from the “Cards” tab. For the physical option, you will have to choose from the available plans - Mint, Pro* & Diamond Touch*.

The delivery fee for domestic delivery in Romania is 5,99 Euro, while the fee for international delivery to countries in the SEE region is 9,99 Euro. Please check our ‘Fees Page’ and ‘Transactional Limits’ available in the “Account Settings” sub-section (by pressing on the dots “…” ) in the “Cards” Section of the xPortal App.

If you successfully conducted a payment by inserting the card into a POS or an ATM, you will be able to use your xPortal Debit Card immediately after.

As a customer of Capital Financial Services SA (CFS) your e-money funds are protected in the unlikely event that CFS becomes insolvent. As an e-money institution regulated by the National Bank of Romania, CFS is required by the Romanian Law on Electronic Money, which implemented the EU Electronic Money Directive, to protect your funds that have been received in exchange for electronic money (also known as e-money) by segregating them from its own funds, in separate safeguarding bank accounts opened with a bank established within European Economic Area. We call this safeguarding.
