GENERAL QUESTIONS.
Card issuance is completely free across all tiers. No subscription fees. No lock-ups. Physical card delivery fees apply (amounts TBC). Metal card delivery is free for Bespoke, fee applies for Private.
ATM withdrawals available with Physical or Metal cards only (Premium tier and above). 500 EUR/day, 5,000 EUR/month, max 5 withdrawals/day. Free within allowance (amount not publicly disclosed for Wirex One), 2% fee above allowance.
Visa and Mastercard for all card types. Metal cards are Visa Signature with premium benefits (AirRefund, SIXT rental discounts).
Tiers are determined by total portfolio value (fiat + crypto + Earn accounts in USD) and percentage held in WPAY. Both thresholds must be met. Recalculated daily. No subscription fee, no lock-up. Five tiers: Base, Premium, Elite, Private, Bespoke.
Every eligible purchase earns 0.5%-8% cashback in USD depending on tier. Credited to Rewards Balance upon settlement. Instantly redeemable for spending. Excludes ATM, crypto purchases, gambling, and refunded transactions.
Pay for eligible subscriptions with your Wirex One card. 50% is refunded in USD at end of month. Capped at standard individual plan price. Access expands by tier: Premium (Uber One), Elite (+ChatGPT), Private (+Claude, Perplexity), Bespoke (+Whoop, Bloomberg, FT).
